Traveling Lantern has changed its ways.
Rather than mail a brochure or post card to you
this year,
we have decided to use e-mail contact
exclusively
now, for a number of reasons. The most
important,
of course, is the environment.
All those trees to
make the paper, pollutants
in the ink, and
greenhouse gasses spent to
transport a glossy
brochure to you have
been keeping us up
at night.
The other reason is to keep our
costs
down so that our shows
can stay
affordable as we all
get more
pinched by this nasty economy.
This year, just like the last two,
we will not be raising our rates.
By saving money and resources on a mailing, we can offer more
discounts
and deals and actually bring our prices down.
SO, we're going electronic, and we hope you'll like the new system.
We're going to keep it SIMPLE. We won't get tricky or overly complicated
on you, we promise. And don't worry, we won't bombard you with marketing (we hate that just as much as you do!)
Our goal is to keep in touch with a newsletter 6-8 times a year or so, and to send special offers directly to your inbox when we have special discounts because we will be passing through your area.
